Glorielisa González- Arrigoitia

Managing member

With over 10 years of experience; Glorielisa is a Professional Engineer with a Master’s degree in project management from Penn State University, PMP and CSM certification, and experience in IT and Healthcare Insurance Projects, environmental compliance, and training logistics.  Glorielisa is the current  Past President of the Project Management Institute, Puerto Rico Chapter and a Goldman Sachs 10KSM Alumni. Currently, Glorielisa is the Managing Member of GA Consulting, LLC.

Joan Maldonado Martínez

Joan Maldonado has over 18 years of experience managing Healthcare Operations with 6 years of experience managing IT & operational Projects and is certified with CAPM from PMI since 2018. Joan started with GA Consulting in 2020 and is currently Senior Project Manager.

Benjamin Richiusa Mancho

Benjamin Richiusa Mancho is an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience doing business in Puerto Rico. He is an experienced trainer, mentor, and coach with the ability to relate to all levels within an organization. 

Mariol A. Caro García

Process Engineer Consultant

Mariol A. Caro García de Quevedo has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, and a Master’s degree in Project Engineering from Texas A & M University. She has 16 years of experience serving the Pharmaceutical industry in Production, Supply Chain, and Training roles. Obtained her Green Belt Certification in 2005. Joined GA Consulting in 2022 as Process Engineer supporting clients with continuous improvement initiatives and external audit support.

David Rodríguez Ortega

Environmental Engineer

David Rodriguez Ortega has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. He has 3 years of civil and environmental engineering experience which includes: project inspection, research, and permits. David started with GA Consulting in 2019 in the Permits Department. He is currently studying for his EIT exam and will start his MBA program next fall.

Lisy Suarez

Executive Assistant

 Lisy Suarez graduated from a language academy in Colombia and is in medical school at UNLP in Argentina. She has over 3 years of experience in customer service, and email management as a Back Office Assistant. She started in 2022 in GA Consulting as an Executive Assistant.
